the staff was polite.
the air conditioning system did not work well. the furniture seemed outdated , and the carpet was worn. i also noticed scratches on the bathroom door and water damage to the frame.

The pool felt a bit crowded with kids. Controlling them could have been better.

this hotel had great location near jubail bus station. it made travel to other emirates simple. the breakfast include fresh items each day. the staff were very helpful at reception.
the pool area was small and often felt crowded. getting towels there sometimes took time.
